Annual Business Meeting

The 2009-10 Annual Business meeting took place on Tuesday, November 3rd. . Attendees received a copy of the Annual Report and heard presentation from John Davis, Head Administrator, on the finanical health of the school. Board Elections also took place. Lynn Erhlich and Fritz Schoessow were newly elected to three year terms. Peggy Tefft was re-elected to a three year term. Mike Floyd was approved fill a vacant two year term, and Bryan Hochstein was approved to fill a vacant one year term.

The 2008-09 Annual Business Meeting took place on November 25th, 2008. At that meeting, school parents adopted revised by-Laws, and voted to elect four newly appointed School Board members. The Board also honored both Randy Van Maanen and Todd Colburn for their past years of board leadership.

By-Laws

The Board has completed the task of revising the By-Laws for the school in accordance with the adoption of Policy Governance this past January.  The By-Laws are posted here and were voted on at the Annual Business Meeting in November, 2008. Paper copies of these by-laws are available by contacting the school office at 231-9704, ext. 5.
